How to add a property details and upload photos? |

You have to register first. (See How to register?) Log in entering your username and password, and click on the "List Your Property" link located at the top left side of every page. Follow the menus referring the type of deal that you want to advertise. Fill in the information as required by each space or upload new photos (insert photos). You may include up to fourteen images. Your personal/company, name or nickame and contacts along with your email is required. Make sure to include a valid and accurate email address because you will be sent a verification email, which will allow you to activate your listing at the email address you provide, and to receive direct contacts from prospective buyers. |

How to change the property details and photos (edit) to your listing? |

Log in first entering your username and password. "List Your Property". Choose the property that you and to edit. In each property details form that you filled at Your Property Listings, you can reopen and replacing any information and save next. For photos reopen insert photos of the correspondent deal and property and upload new photos replacing the existent ones. |

The normal property listings are free. Only the three highlights called PRIME PROPERTIES are paid. |

If you experience any difficulties, you can send us an e-mail with all informations stated at property add form as well the photos that you want to be shown, and then we walk you through the process - this way you will be able to make changes at any point, without having to wait for our availability. |

You must create two advertisements for the same property. For sale, use “Property for sale” menu. For rental, use “Property for sale” menu. The way to add or edit properties is the same. |

It is on your convenience to do a best description of the property not misleading the prospective buyers. We review all listings periodically and will delete anything that we feel is inappropriate. Moreover, you will be banned from future advertising on our website.
We do not accept any listings with their url and/or email address within their pics . There are appropriate spaces for your contact details and url in the form you need to fill out when listing your property . For each listing you need to upload at least 1 pic , you can upload up to 14 pics , they have to be jpg files and have less than 200 kb each with 300px width and 255px height for best feat.
Please write the most detailed description of your property, FILL ALL SPACES (even with N/A NOT APLICABLE), and ADD AT LEAST ONE PHOTO, otherwise your listing can be deleted. |

Just send an email to support@globalhabit.com and we’ll send you the information immediately.
Or go to the login link and clic forgot username or password link, and write your e-mail that you used to register, and the system will send you your account data. |

How to advertise a property in PRIME POPERTIES LISTINGS? |

This service is only available if any of the three PRIME WINDOWS are vacant. If you see any window vacant you can use the link PRIME PROPERTIES that is on the menu of the left on your Admin, and fill up the same way as per PROPERTIES FOR SALE OR FOR RENT. Those windows are continually exposing to the public while they are navigating trough this website, increasing in a big way the possibilities of your properties to be sold. To advertise as PRIME PROPERY will cost £30 VAT included per 30 days per property, or £75 VAT included per 90 days per property, or £150 VAT included per 180 days per property. The Payment should be done in pounds by bank transfer to Worldwebserv Ltd, HSBC Bank at Uk. Send an email to business@globalhabit.com requesting bank details.

The default and compulsory language is English. When you are filling the property form you have a possibility of making a description of the property in your home or local language. If that happens both descriptions are showing. |

Fill the box next to the url that is in the property form in order to be seen to the public. Otherwise the url will not appears. We periodically check if the link corresponds to a true business site that you’re using. |

The properties for sale and for rent is activated automatically because are free.
The
PRIME PROPERTIES are activated soon you send us a e-mail with a receipt stating that the bank transfer was done. Once we have received your mail or fax , we will activate your listing a.s.a.p.. |

You can only upload pics which are jpg files. Any other format , you need to convert them to jpgs first before you can upload them. |
